Supervisory Program

Leadership program that focuses on sharpening the capabilities of Supervisors in coordinating teams effectively, as well as increase the spirit and motivation of the team. The main focus of the program will be developing leadership soft skills.

Program Kepemimpinan yang memfokuskan pada penajaman kapabilitas seorang pemimpin level Supervisor dalam mengkoordiansi Tim secara efektif, selain meningkatkan semangat dan motivasi diri dan Timnya. Pengembangan soft skills kepemimpinan (Leadership soft skills) akan menjadi fokus utama dalam program
