Winning Determination
Focus: To Overcome Adversity
With globalization and advancement in technology, the number of
challenges we face everyday keeps growing and is becoming more
complex. According to Dr. Stoltz, the originator of Adversity
Quotient® (AQ®), we face about 72 different adversities everyday
from the early morning until late at night. People who have higher
AQ® will more likely be able to overcome their challenges whey they
arise compared to those with lower AQ. The objective of this Outward
Bound program is to help raise our participants’ level of AQ® by
which turning obstacles into opportunities.

Thinking and Living Outside the Box
Focus: To impel creativity in problem-solving
This program was developed to enhance the creativity and
innovativeness of the people in your organization. This course was
originated from an Outward Bound course from Eastern Europe called
Intertouch®. Unlike the typical Outward Bound course, the majority
of the program does not comprise physical outdoor activities but
role playing. Participants are inspired to think outside the box and
to be as creative as they can be in the activities.
Example of an activity: “Money Day”.
Participants will be challenged to create and provide services they
can sell to others in order to earn money. Creativity is a
pre-requisite to a success of this program.
Corporate Outing
Besides regular courses, Outward Bound® Indonesia also conducts
recreational program that serves the purpose of fun, refreshing, and
educational.
This program can be done in a few hours to one day--indoor or
outdoor-- in forms of seminars or workshops, making participants to
be more motivated and creating the meeting/company gathering more
exciting.
Outward Bound® Indonesia Changing Lives
Since 1991, with numerous social and humanitarian projects, we have
achieved what was once conceived impossible. Outward Bound Indonesia
initiated a project to "care for others and the world around us" as
our Corporate Social Responsibility by giving scholarships to the
underprivileged. These were scholarships for an Outward Bound
leadership program followed by various social and humanitarian
projects. Troubled youth involved in street fights, the physically
handicap, the blind as well as religious servants from different
groups across the country are some of our scholarship recipients.
